Piik ja Korotkov jõudis Rakvere MK-etapil finaali, Tiisaar sai vigastada | Rannavõrkpall

Urmas Piik ja Dmitri Korotkov jõudsid Rakvere Vallimäel toimuval rannavõrkpalli MK-etapil Rakvere Futures by Viaston finaali.

Poolfinaalis alistasid Piik ja Korotkov 2:1 (21:17, 16:21, 15:9) sakslased Robin Sowa ja Maximilian Justi.

Finaalis läheb Eesti duo vastamisi rootslaste Jacob Hölting Nilssoni ja Elmer Anderssoniga, kes mängisid Mart Tiisaare ja Kusti Nõlvakuga, aga  kahjuks vigastas Tiisaar avageimis põlve ega saanud kohtumist jätkata.

Tiisaar maandus 4:8 kaotusseisus olles halvasti vasakule põlvele ning oli pärast arstipausi sunnitud kohtumise pooleli jätma. Nii pääsesid finaali rootslased ning viimast korda koos mängivad Nõlvak ja Tiisaar saavad turniiri jätkata pronksimängus.

Tiisaare osalemine kell 15.30 algavas pronksimängus selgub vahetult enne kohtumise algust.
