Abikaasat suudelnud rattur sai Tour de France’il trahvi | Jalgrattasport

Rahvusvaheline jalgrattaliit (UCI) trahvis Prantsusmaa ratturit Julien Bernardi, kuna ta peatus Prantsusmaa velotuuri eraldistardist sõidus, et enda abikaasat suudelda.

Eraldistardist sõit oli kavas Tour de France’i seitsmenda etapina ja see peeti Bernardi kodukandis Burgundias. 15 minutit pärast starti möödus jõudis Bernard kohta, kus tee ääres seisid tema lähedased ja sõbrad, teiste seas ka abikaasa ja väike poeg. Bernard peatus, et abikaasat suudelda, aga sai selle teo eest 200 Šveitsi frangi ehk umbes 205 euro suuruse rahatrahvi.

UCI teatel käitus Bernard sobimatult ja kahjustas oma teoga ala mainet.

“Palun UCI ees vabandust, et ala mainet kahjustasin. Aga olen valmis iga päev maksma 200 Šveitsi franki, et seda hetke uuesti kogeda,” kirjutas Bernard ühismeedias.

Pärast sõitu rääkis Bernard teleintervjuus, et see oli tema karjääri üks erilisemaid hetki: “Mu abikaasa on seda koos sõpradega juba mitu nädalat organiseerinud ja ta sai väga hästi hakkama. Eraldistardist sõidu ajal on aega nautida ja see oli tõesti imeline kogemus. Selliste hetkede pärast ma sõitmist jätkangi.”
